Thankfully, I can watch live sports on my computer - if not I would go absolutely nuts over this. Not to mention its MLB Playoff time - and I cant miss something that my team has spent 162 games getting ready for -let alone the fact that I have watched them day in and day out for 5 months.

Why can't the best team in A.L and N.L have bye in first round or best of 7 in first round?

You win like 100 games and a team that is a wild card have a good run beats you in best of 5 and advance and lose easily at the next round. That sucks ! Seriously, MLB need to change some rules for the playoffs.

Having a bye could actually hurt a team more than help.

Waiting around for up to a week would make them rusty ... and their opponents will be coming in on top of their game.
