Where is the Civil War Draft Poster located in Fallout 3 during the Head of State quest?
This has been killing me!! I can't find it anywhere in the archives of the Museum of History Offices. I've got all the other artifacts except for the stupid Civil War Draft Poster. It's driving me crazy!! HELP....please 
in one of the bookcase at the same room you got the lincoln memorial poster.actually I found it by accident
